Abigail (Abbi) Eli is a mental health counseling professional serving individuals and families across the island of Oahu. She works with people walking through some of life's hardest seasons, including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addiction and recovery, suicidal ideation, anger management, identity and self-worth, fear, rejection, loneliness, and the effects of sexual trauma. Abbi believes that healing is possible for everyone. Her counseling space is warm, safe, and free of judgment, built on dignity, confidentiality, and genuine care for every person who walks through the door.

Abbi brings years of real, on-the-ground experience to her work. As a McKinney-Vento Homeless Liaison with the Hawaii Department of Education, she has walked alongside over 500 families a year through housing instability, crisis, and life upheaval, connecting them to resources and advocating for their needs every step of the way. As Executive Director of Makaha Community Center since 2016, she has built and led programs that serve families facing some of the toughest challenges life can bring. These experiences have shaped her as a counselor who is not only clinically trained but deeply human, someone who knows what it means to sit with people in hard places and help them find their way through.

Abbi also serves as Senior Pastor of Waianae Assembly of God, where for over a decade she has provided pastoral counseling to youth and adults navigating crisis, grief, relationships, and life transitions. She has a special heart for young people and for the Christian community, and she warmly welcomes clients who want their faith to be part of their healing. At the same time, she deeply respects every background and belief, and she meets each person exactly where they are. She is married to her amazing husband Kalani, and together they serve in ministry, family, and community service.  A mother who has raised over 15 children, Abbi knows firsthand the beauty and complexity of family life and what it truly takes to keep showing up for the people you love. She enjoys painting, singing and writing music, and remaining a lifelong learner. Her passion as a counselor is simple: helping people heal from the inside out. Wherever you are starting from, she is ready to walk that journey with you.
